Agreement

Haris Cars operates hariscars.com (the “Site”). By visiting, reading, watching embedded content, using the contact form, or otherwise using the Site, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

We can change these Terms anytime. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

What Haris Cars is

The Site publishes car engine guides, automotive articles, and related video content. Our blog and video guides exist for general interest and education. We can change, pause, or remove any part of the Site or any piece of content whenever we choose, without owing you notice or compensation.

No professional advice; your risk

All material on the Site—text, images, diagrams, audio, video embeds, and links—is general information only. It is not workshop instruction, not a substitute for qualified mechanics, engineers, or inspectors, and not advice about safety, legality, insurance, warranties, emissions, or roadworthiness.

Working on vehicles and engines can cause injury, death, fire, property damage, environmental harm, and financial loss. You alone choose whether to follow anything you see or read here. Haris Cars does not supervise your work and does not accept any duty of care toward you based on your use of the Site.

Intellectual property

The Haris Cars name, branding, site layout, and original writing and graphics we produce belong to us or to partners who licensed them to us. You may link to our pages. You may not copy large portions of the Site, scrape it for datasets, republish our articles, or use our material for AI training or commercial reuse without our prior written permission. Short quotations with a clear credit and link back are fine for normal commentary or review.

Car and brand names belong to their owners and are used here only to describe real-world topics.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to harm people, send abuse or threats, spread malware, probe or break our or our vendors’ systems, hammer our servers with bots, misrepresent who you are in messages to us, or scrape personal data from the Site. We may block access, delete submissions, or take technical action we consider appropriate if something looks wrong.

Contact form

Be truthful in what you send. Do not paste other people’s private details without permission. We read mail at contact@hariscars.com when we can; we do not guarantee replies or timelines.

Third parties and ads

The Site embeds YouTube and may show Google AdSense ads. Those companies run their own products—we are not responsible for their behaviour, outages, policies, or the accuracy of third-party pages we link to. An ad on Haris Cars is not an endorsement by us.

No warranties

The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. Haris Cars makes no promises of any kind—whether about accuracy, completeness, freshness, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, security, or freedom from errors or harmful code (we never intend to ship malware, but you use the Site at your own risk).

Complete limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent possible, Haris Cars and everyone involved in running the Site disclaim every form of responsibility and liability for anything arising from or connected to the Site or its content—whether that is direct or indirect damage, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, business interruption, goodwill, opportunity, or any other loss or claim of any kind, known or unknown, foreseeable or not, and whether or not we were told such damage might happen.

You agree that Haris Cars has no financial obligation to you whatsoever because of the Site, these Terms, or anything published or linked here—including zero payment for any claim, dispute, or perceived harm. Our total exposure for anything related to the Site is zero euros (€0).

This section applies to browsing, reading, watching, clicking ads, using the contact form, following links, downloading anything we offer, and any other interaction with Haris Cars online. It survives after you stop using the Site.

You cover us if someone blames us because of you

If a third party makes any demand against Haris Cars because of something you did on or through the Site (including messages you send, content you cause to be published elsewhere that copies us, or attacks on our infrastructure), you agree to take full responsibility for resolving it and for any costs we incur, including fees for specialists we hire to handle the matter.
